Congratulations! You have survived your first semester at SCHS. I hope everyone had a successful semester, but if you got off to a rough start there is hope. The Freshman Academy is set up to give students a second chance. The odd/even classes are only half way complete at this time and second semester can bring up first semester. What does that mean? If you had a grade of "60" for the 1st semester and a grade of "80" for the second semester, your average for the year is a "70" which is passing. This means you get the credit for the class. Take advantage of this opportunity and work hard to pull those grades up!! Remember, you must have 7 credits to be promoted to 10th grade.
